The educational program "Management in Healthcare" is aimed at training specialists who possess modern tools for managing medical organizations and are capable of ensuring the effective operation of healthcare institutions.
Students gain knowledge in management, economics, marketing, law and the organization of medical services, study the specifics of the healthcare system, personnel management, quality of medical services and the implementation of modern technologies in the medical field.
The program is focused on developing practical skills in managing the processes and resources of medical institutions in accordance with current industry requirements.
